Yoga Star Contest

First time in Pakistan. PYSA is announced First All Pakistan Yoga Star Contest 2022.
CASH PRIZES
Prizes will be given on the basis of perfection of postures and difficulty level of Yogasana.
NATIONAL YOGASANA VIDEO COMPETITION
Rules:
Video duration should be 150 to 180 seconds.
Video should consist of 8 to 10 Yogasanas.
Holding time of each Yogasana posture must be minimum 5 seconds.
Rhythmic or artistic performances will be considered. Folk, Traditional, Classical, Devotional music can be used.
Music should be pleasant and soothing.
NOTE
1. There is no entry fees.
2. Last date to enroll is …………..
3. E – Certificates will be given to all the participants.
4. Best 25 entries will be shortlisted and called for live online performance.
5. Top 5 performance will be awarded cash prize with certificates.
6. Judges decision will be final.
